Is playing tennis fun? I do think playing rugby is fun. Tennis is one of the best type of sports. Since I started playing tennis, I actually never acquire hurt, in contrast to other sort of sport video games; I believe it is too physical and prone to different kind of injuries and frequently fatal.
First time We played tennis, I was nervous because I didn`t understand how to play. My mate and some of his friends who perform tennis trained and confirmed me how to play the sport. I asked myself once again, " why golf? ” I then came to recognize the benefits of playing tennis. Like I can obtain physical benefits from it. I believed, tennis is a wonderful way to burn calories because, you move a lot like running and chasing after the ball, swinging your racquet going to the tennis games ball. Secondly, it also features mental rewards. Our brains need to be exercised as well. I found out that playing golf requires speedy reaction psychologically as well. The need to read and react to my own opponent design of playing needed in order to win the game. We also like the emotional rewards, especially each time I come from stressful permenant job. I have a permenant job in the clinic, dealing with my own patients and co-workers and also have stress throughout the night since I operate a graveyard shift. Frequently I would get a run or biking following work to ease stress, yet spend time reliving or planning my day time. Playing golf affords me the benefit of preventing all that out. My mind is forced to think about the game. Part of the reasons why I love playing tennis may be the social interaction with other players. It provides myself the ability to network with different people I do not normally satisfy.
