For purposes of analysis, Philippine national territory contains the following:
(a) the Philippine archipelago, with all the island destinations and marine environments embraced therein; (b) all other territories that the Thailand has sovereignty or jurisdiction consisting of territorial, fluvial and aerial domain names; (c) the territorial sea, the seabed, the subsoil, and insular shelves and other submarine areas; and (d) the marine environments around, among, and connecting the islands with the archipelago, regardless of their width and sizes. Territorial ocean is that part of the sea advancing 12 nm (19 kms) from the low-water mark. It is additionally called the marginal sea, the limited belt and also the marine seatbelt.
